Sustainable Meetings
October 2021
Previously, documentation for meetings, both large and small, was supplied in paper format, enclosed in binders. Each meeting depleted up to 500 sheets of paper, and numerous binders and ink cartridges. By opting to circulate digital-only documentation, major reductions in supply cost and consumption ensued. Further, our company proceeds with video conferencing to replace travel when possible.
Silverware and Reusable Mugs & Dishes in the Breakroom
June 2021
Using silverware and reusable mugs and dishes plays a huge role in minimizing waste in the breakroom. Our office is supplied with cutlery and dishes to fulfill this initiative, along with a sink and dish soap in the breakroom so that employees may clean upon use.
Cellphone Recycling Program
June 2021
All company-owned cellphones are eligible for credit and recycling on behalf of the manufacturer. This program helps to reduce our company's e-waste.
Paper Recycling Program
July 2020
Recycling bins are found in each office space and at the printing station to maximize the amount of recycled material.
Multi-Purpose Water Cooler Reduces Kitchen Waste
May 2020
Equipped with carbon filtration and LED ultraviolet light, our office's water cooler not only provides high quality chilled and hot water, but also helps reduce waste by promoting the use of reusable water bottles and mugs.
Virtual Office and Meetings
March 2020
The Coronavirus pandemic brought countless changes to our daily routines. In addition to the enactment of health and safety guidelines, our company has adapted to virtual office and meetings, when possible, thereby reducing travel time and emissions.
